After many years dedicated to delivering exceptional weddings, I have the availability to offer my on-the-day Wedding Coordination service to a limited number of couples. This ensures each couple receives my full attention, unwavering focus, and the highest standard of care and support.

On-the-day coordination allows couples to relax, and immerse themselves completely in their celebration. I will take responsibility for managing every element of the wedding day itself — ensuring the day unfolds seamlessly, professionally, and exactly as envisioned.

As this is an on-the-day service, I will arrive ready to deliver the day with precision and confidence. One night of accommodation is required to ensure I can meet the family beforehand, have a run-down of the plan of action with the couple or venue, be on site early, well-rested, prepared, and available whenever required.

  • My on-the-day coordination covers the full management of your wedding day.

    I oversee timings, suppliers, set-up, and every detail of your timeline so the day unfolds smoothly — exactly as you envisioned — allowing you to relax and fully enjoy your celebration.

  • We’ll arrange a detailed run-through beforehand, either in person or virtually.

    I will also arrive the night before your wedding (as accommodation is required) so I can meet your family, finalise the plan of action, and ensure everything is ready for the day ahed.

  •  I am on site early, fully prepared, and available for as long as needed to ensure your day runs seamlessly. My role is to support you, guide the flow, and handle anything unexpected so you can enjoy every moment.

    At the very earliest I will leave after the First Dance or Eveneing Food.

  • Yes — I offer international wedding day coordination. If you’re planning a destination wedding, I’m fully available to travel and ensure your day is managed beautifully abroad.
