Bridal Workshop Booking Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Aisle Be Ready!
These terms and conditions explain what you can expect when booking and attending an Aisle Be Ready experience, alongside our responsibilities and your rights as an attendee.
1. About Aisle Be Ready
Aisle Be Ready is an interactive wedding planning workshop hosted by wedding expert Yasmin Clappison.
The workshops are designed to provide practical guidance, professional advice and a supportive environment to help you plan your wedding with confidence.

These terms apply to bookings for Aisle Be Ready Bridal Workshops. Separate terms may apply to other services or experiences.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
The terms applicable to your booking are those provided to you at the time of purchase.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will apply to future bookings unless otherwise agreed or required by law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
3. Bookings & Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
All bookings are subject to availability.
Your place is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a booking confirmation email has been issued.
The ticket price and included services will be clearly displayed at the time of booking.
Your ticket is valid for the workshop date and experience selected, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed with us.
4. Cancellations, Refunds & Date Transfers
We understand that sometimes plans change.
Workshop tickets are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend your booked workshop, we are happy to offer a transfer to another available Aisle Be Ready session, provided you contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled workshop start time.
All date transfers are subject to availability.
Requests received less than 48 hours before the workshop cannot be guaranteed a transfer.
If you do not attend your booked session without notifying us, your place will normally be forfeited.
Any statutory cancellation or refund rights that apply to your booking will be honoured.

5. Changes or Cancellations by Aisle Be Ready
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control, operational requirements or insufficient attendee numbers may mean that we need to reschedule or cancel a workshop.
If we cancel your workshop, you will be offered the choice of transferring to another available date or receiving a full refund of the workshop ticket price.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the workshop programme, timings, venue arrangements or included activities where necessary.
We will make reasonable efforts to inform attendees of significant changes as soon as possible.
6. Workshop Experience & Inclusions
Aisle Be Ready is an educational and interactive wedding planning experience.
During the workshop, we aim to cover key areas of wedding planning, which may include:
Your wedding vision and priorities.
Wedding budget.
Venue selection and wedding dates.
Wedding ceremonies.
Guest lists.
Wedding food, drinks and music.
Planning responsibilities and decision-making.
Your next three wedding planning priorities.
The exact programme may vary between sessions.
Your booking includes access to the workshop, professional guidance and the materials.
Our Bridal Workshop includes an Aisle Be Ready wedding planning workbook and wedding countdown planner to take home.
7. Wedding Planning Advice & Personal Responsibility
All guidance and recommendations shared during Aisle Be Ready workshops are based on professional wedding industry experience.
I aim to provide accurate, practical and helpful information to support your wedding planning decisions.
However, every wedding is different, and the final decisions regarding your wedding arrangements remain your responsibility.
This includes supplier selection, contracts, financial commitments, venue bookings and wedding-related purchases.
I cannot guarantee specific wedding outcomes, supplier availability, prices or services offered by third parties.
Information shared during the workshop should not be treated as regulated financial, legal or other specialist professional advice.
Nothing in this section limits our responsibility to provide the workshop with reasonable care and skill.
8. Third-Party Wedding Suppliers & Recommendations
During the workshop, we may discuss or recommend wedding venues, suppliers and services.
These recommendations are provided to help attendees explore their options and make informed decisions.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, any booking, contract or financial arrangement made with a third-party supplier is between you and that supplier.
Aisle Be Ready is not responsible for the independent actions, services, availability or performance of third-party suppliers, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
We encourage attendees to review supplier terms, contracts, reviews, insurance and cancellation policies before committing to bookings.
9. Attendee Conduct & Behaviour
We want every Aisle Be Ready workshop to feel welcoming, comfortable and supportive.
All attendees are expected to treat fellow participants, staff, speakers and suppliers with kindness and respect.
10. Accessibility, Dietary Requirements & Health and Safety
We want everyone attending Aisle Be Ready to feel comfortable and included.
If you have any accessibility requirements, dietary needs, allergies or other adjustments that would help you participate, please contact us before your workshop so we can discuss suitable arrangements.
11. Arrival & Attendance
Please arrive at the time stated in your booking confirmation.
Workshops will begin promptly to ensure the full programme can be delivered.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to welcome you into the session without disrupting other attendees. However, we cannot guarantee that missed content can be repeated.
12. Intellectual Property & Workshop Materials
All Aisle Be Ready workshop content, including workbooks, checklists, planning exercises, presentations, graphics, designs, branding and educational materials, remains the intellectual property of Aisle Be Ready or its respective rights holders.
Workshop materials are provided for personal wedding planning purposes only.
Attendees must not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, license, commercially exploit or use these materials to deliver their own workshops, courses or services without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a workshop ticket does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights.
13. Photography, Filming & Promotional Content
We may occasionally take photographs or record videos during workshops to capture the experience and promote future Aisle Be Ready events.
We will seek appropriate permission before using identifiable photographs or videos of attendees for promotional purposes.
You may decline promotional photography or filming.
14. Testimonials & Feedback
We may invite attendees to share feedback, reviews or testimonials following their workshop.
Where you give permission for a testimonial, photograph or other submission to be used for promotional purposes, you grant us permission to use that material for the agreed purpose, including on our website, social media and marketing communications.
We will not materially change the meaning of your testimonial.
You may contact us to request that we stop future promotional use of your submission, subject to applicable legal rights and practical limitations relating to materials already distributed.
15. Personal Belongings
Aisle Be Ready is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence, breach of contract or another circumstance for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Liability & Consumer Rights
We will provide our workshops with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Any limitations of liability in these terms apply only to the extent permitted by law.
17. Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal information where necessary to manage bookings, process payments, communicate workshop details and deliver the Aisle Be Ready experience.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Further information about how we collect, use, store and protect personal information, including your rights, is available in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing communications will only be sent where we have a lawful basis to do so, and attendees may opt out where applicable.
18. Website & Booking Platform
Workshop bookings may be completed through our website or an authorised third-party booking platform.
Attendees are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information.
We aim to keep our website and booking information accurate and accessible. However, occasional technical interruptions or errors may occur.
If you experience difficulties completing a booking, please contact us for assistance.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.
